I pulled the car out of service and drove off without an oil change. I sat for 3 hours.
I thought it would be good to have a dealership do all my maintenance work but Camelback Toyota has been a big disappointment.

I have had warnings light come since purchasing brand new. Took it in to have fixed. Advisor said camera was out of position, said it was fixed and the next day the warning lights have come back on. Extremely disappointed considering this vehicle is brand new
After leaving the dealership once my maintenance was complete there was a giant crack down my windshield. Not sure if this was there before or not. But asked the service tech if they could send me the before photos and I have not heard back.
The wait time was extremely long. I did appreciate being kept up to date with recommendations.
I feel the sales department used very pressuring tactics to get me to buy my 2022 Honda Civic from them. They made me initial that I’ll sign and drive if certain deals were to go through, and they ended up forcing me to sign on a higher monthly total than I agreed upon, claiming it was the bank that made the adjustment. Also, the service department is not very impressive. Horrible experience would not recommend stall they just trying to earn money off selling the car they do not care about the customer. They knew the situation that I was in and used it to their advantage to put me in an unfortunate situation. I felt like I was no heard & just overall upset because I got a car from them about 5 months ago just for the engine to give out and their best option for me was to get a second car making 2 auto payments which it totally ridiculous.
