I waited 6 hours when I made a 10am appointment. I left at 4:10pm a long wait with appt. Cameron Clark was great.

I asked Adam to please text or email me, not call me when he had the service repair document ready. I explained that I wouldn't be able to get the call due to my work situation. He said okay. Then he called me. He left a message saying that it was Adam and I needed to call him back. By the time I was able to do so, the service center had closed at the end of the day. The service was not great. They didn’t even take the time to remove the maintenance required from my dashboard. I also paid for alignment and my car feels the same as before. I will not be taking my car again.also the advisor assigned to me was too busy to even greet me or check me out. She assigned someone else to help her.

The scheduled appointment was at 10:00 AM. I arrived early at 9:40 AM. However, it took approximately two hours to complete my oil change, which I believe is an excessively long wait time.

The service department seems very unorganized And they never addressed certain issues such as my transmission and they told me my vehicle was ready. I arranged a transport for me to come and pick it up and what I paid for wasn’t the service that was originally arranged.

Ridiculous that you charge for use of credit card when your shop fees are so high

The team is customer friendly! ! However, the service approach is predatory and consistently advises customers of extra services that are not needed. What makes it predatory is that the advised services will be covered under the 15K or 30K service. Just yesterday, I declined over $1000 in advised services because I was aware of the scam. Take your Toyota somewhere else for service. This Service department at this dealership is very shady and uses tactics to rip-off the consumer. Yesterday my oil change cost me $160.
