This service took 2 days over 3 hrs total the wheel alignment was not checked and my steering wheel was mis aligned
I was assured my truck would be complete within 2 hours. I finally got it back after 2.5 hours and items were not completed. Now I have to make another appointment to get these additional items taken care of and I was late to my next appointment. I was able to make it work, but not the best experience.
I just bought the car there and it rattles at high speeds. I took it in yesterday and they tried to sell me tires and an alignment after I already had gone to discount tires and had them balanced. There is nothing wrong with the tires. Subaru dealership told me all four LCA bushings needed to be replaced. Your dealership said discount tire didn't balance them correctly. I spent over two hours there yesterday and over four hours there today just for that and it still rattles. Your service place sucks!
For being a HER certified dealer they sure know how to scam a woman from the get go. I don’t understand how a company pride themselves on customer service and even has a mission statement about being all about their customers but then engage in deception, misrepresentation, dishonesty, disrespect, and so forth. They said that things were wrong just wasn’t true my brake level wasn’t low.
Very disappointed with my interaction with your team. A headlight blew out & they also found a blown fuse. Your price for parts at your price were under $100.00, per your manager. They wanted to charge me 388.00 PLUS tax to replace the bulbs & a fuse. The price was unjustified and your service advisor Mauro was little to no help. Completely clueless. $300 in labor. Seriously! If you're not buying a car, asking for assistance is an inconvenience. And don't expect them to give you the same answer. And make sure that you understand you know nothing, and they know everything.
Deceptive and dishonest. They love misrepresention, telling lies, and treating people like they are dumb.
Poor. Slow. Bought tires and not correctly calibrated for air pressure. At dealership for six hours and now going to have to get this fixed.
