I bought my civic from here, but I’ll be taking my car to a Tempe/Mesa area Honda dealer from now on. Camelback Toyota had to send my civic to Honda across the street because they couldn’t figure out the problem my civic was having. They did give me a rental at no charge but that was about the only positive thing I liked.

I was told to do a service which didn't need to be done. And it cost a lot of money. After the manager was notified the manager said that my car doesn't qualify for that service. What is all this about? Plus the dealership charged me extra 3% for using a credit card to pay for the service. Pure ripoff.

For a “free” scheduled checkup it was the recommendation of the service technician that both an oil and gas additive be used for an $81 charge. This is an aggressive sales practice on the part of the service technicians.
I pulled the car out of service and drove off without an oil change. I sat for 3 hours.
I thought it would be good to have a dealership do all my maintenance work but Camelback Toyota has been a big disappointment.

I have had warnings light come since purchasing brand new. Took it in to have fixed. Advisor said camera was out of position, said it was fixed and the next day the warning lights have come back on. Extremely disappointed considering this vehicle is brand new
