After leaving the dealership once my maintenance was complete there was a giant crack down my windshield. Not sure if this was there before or not. But asked the service tech if they could send me the before photos and I have not heard back.
The wait time was extremely long. I did appreciate being kept up to date with recommendations.
I feel the sales department used very pressuring tactics to get me to buy my 2022 Honda Civic from them. They made me initial that I’ll sign and drive if certain deals were to go through, and they ended up forcing me to sign on a higher monthly total than I agreed upon, claiming it was the bank that made the adjustment. Horrible experience would not recommend stall they just trying to earn money off selling the car they do not care about the customer. They knew the situation that I was in and used it to their advantage to put me in an unfortunate situation. I felt like I was no heard & just overall upset because I got a car from them about 5 months ago just for the engine to give out and their best option for me was to get a second car making 2 auto payments which it totally ridiculous. This service took 2 days over 3 hrs total the wheel alignment was not checked and my steering wheel was mis aligned

I was assured my truck would be complete within 2 hours. I finally got it back after 2.5 hours and items were not completed. Now I have to make another appointment to get these additional items taken care of and I was late to my next appointment. I was able to make it work, but not the best experience.
I just bought the car there and it rattles at high speeds. I took it in yesterday and they tried to sell me tires and an alignment after I already had gone to discount tires and had them balanced. There is nothing wrong with the tires. Subaru dealership told me all four LCA bushings needed to be replaced. Your dealership said discount tire didn't balance them correctly. I spent over two hours there yesterday and over four hours there today just for that and it still rattles. Your service place sucks!

For being a HER certified dealer they sure know how to scam a woman from the get go. I don’t understand how a company pride themselves on customer service and even has a mission statement about being all about their customers but then engage in deception, misrepresentation, dishonesty, disrespect, and so forth.
