Very disappointed with my interaction with your team. A headlight blew out & they also found a blown fuse. Your price for parts at your price were under $100.00, per your manager. They wanted to charge me 388.00 PLUS tax to replace the bulbs & a fuse. The price was unjustified and your service advisor Mauro was little to no help. Completely clueless. $300 in labor. Seriously! I have taken my Tacoma in multiple times due to it having issues. It has turned off on us while driving on the highway and the brakes locked up, causing everyone behind us to slam on their brakes to avoid hitting us. Multiple times we couldn’t get it to start. We had to open and close the doors multiple times. Hold down the brake and push the start button multiple times. We pushed the unlock doors button multiple times. Dropped off the vehicle on a Sunday. Spoke with Andre Monday morning letting him know the truck would be there all week and we would pick it back up Friday night.
