ZERO INTEGRITY at this dealership. This was a disaster from top to bottom. I’ve had 3 different sales managers call me begging for FULL STAR survey reviews and when I asked if they could help me with my ongoing issue that no one would help me with, the sales manager said this: “” score the survey however you feel. No concern for customer. I was told 2 hours for a service over the phone, I explained that I live very far and would have to wait and asked to be booked when I could be serviced in a decent amount of time. I live over an hour away and I have to wait. When I got there and they found out I was a waiter they said 4 or more hours but would try to get done sooner. I received an email for free service that I apparently didn't qualify for but had no way of knowing that and the dealership did nothing to make the situation right except offer to sell me a service package for $300.

The car needed repairs that were not disclosed during the sale Car broke down in 4-5 days after purchasing

I took my truck in to have the window motor replaced. When it was returned the polarity on the window was reversed and I had to bring it back. They fixed that but then the window was off track. When I took it back again they told me I needed to pay an additional 500.00 to replace the regulator. I was told the motor and regulator are usually recommended to be replaced at the same time and they didn’t know why both weren’t recommended. The experience was very poor, I believe I got the old Texas two step and got screwed in the process.

Dealer charged 3% fee for credit card use without notifying me. They do not take checks. Location is not safe for carrying cash. Service rep told me 10 days ago that a manager would call as I requested. I am still waiting.
