Very miss leading about service and what was and wasn't covered. So, I went to a different Toyota Dealer, and they said that would be covered and even gave me a rental car because apparently, that's included in my warranty. That Brandon didn't bother to read. Them through a hit because I declined his xxxxxxxxx repair cost vs. any coverage
Unprofessional, manipulative, rude, zero integrity, poor customer service, kept me at dealership 8 hours, didn’t pay off my trade on time, had to go to the dealership again to get answers, poor communication, overall worst experience I have ever had at a dealership! Alejandro yelled at us and refused to sell us a vehicle because we caught him adding in Zaktek during financing. They refused to sell us a vehicle without Zaktek even though it’s an option. They don’t know anything about vehicles or how their system works….. or at least Damien doesn’t he told me I had 18 size rims and they are 17s. Not to mention that you should never ever a car from the dealership either. I went less than 10,000 miles and needed four new tires on the vehicle and a new set of brakes. They definitely lie about their Toyota certified Workmanship for a Toyota certified used vehicle. You have horrible customer service. For me to describe how much of a run-around I was given on so many issues, this review would need to be an epistle. For the consumer beware: After purchase, I had several issues with my lease. I left 11 (ELEVEN!) messages there, and no one -- NOT ONE PERSON -- called me back to help me resolve my issue of a registration and key fob I was not given at purchase. The staff lied to me. All the customers behind me checking in got helped before I did. Unacceptable. The guys standing around (not service advisors) didn't ask if they could help.
Hi - when I first arrived the person assigned my ticket told me I was wrong within 1 minute of meeting her. I had to prove to her I was telling the truth. This made me feel uneasy about bringing my brand new car to get serviced especially after reviewing other negative reviews at Camelback Toyota.
Poor client care Poor client care with complete disregard to their own negligence and even holding accountability for an error on their end. Lied in a description as to how something had gotten damaged so it can be put on record as such. was more than willing to put complete blame on me for an error to which their maintenance workers had caused.
