Deceitful Did not disclose that the car I bought was in an accident that required major repairs
Paid in cash, did not give me back the exact change, had to ask for my dollar back, asked for the sticker on my windshield to be corrected as it had incorrect information, he returned with a new sticker and the information for my next service was still I corrected.
Shady practice! Never responded back to issues! Still haven't received my second key and I was promised that my bike mount receiver would be replaced! Never happened! I contacted supervisor and manager but neither got ever back with! Will not purchase another vehicle there nor any of my family!
My service experience was not great. Andre is not a people person. First contact to last was not great. I had my Running boards installed from trade in to new truck. When they were Installed they were not wiped down. Something was splashed all over them. Not a big deal I’ll wash them myself but I would have expected more. I had an appointment at 3:30 and waited 45 minutes for someone to check me in. Jorge said no one called him over the walkie talkies but in fact someone did right in front of me. When I made the appointment I marked that I will be leaving property and told him I'm leaving. He did not make me aware that the mechanic closes at 6. He calls me at 5:52 to tell me my car is finished, and hung up immediately before I can even ask a question. I arrived to pick my car up at 6:30-6:45 to find out it was closed.
