I was told the replacement and programming would take 1. 5 hrs. Plus wipers. 2 hrs later nothing was done. I was telling Nemo's manager and he barely looked up at me from typing. Totally disrespectful.

Don't ever pull a 3% credit card fee on the service bill. Never have I seen this in an established business enterprise.

I was given a verbal estimate of cost and time. The cost estimate nearly doubled when I was sent a form to okay service, which I okayed. The time estimate went from next day to 3 weeks because the needed part (replacement mirror) was unavailable. Because I did not understand and got no explanation as to why it would take so long to get a replacement mirror, I ended talking to a third-party who understood the process and explained why it would take so long to get a replacement mirror.
Last time I use the service department here. They added into a basic service unnecessary, unwanted, and overpriced fuel and oil additives, without allowing for any opt out. Always gouging at every possible opportunity.

It took a really long time and I felt like information was not clearly explained to me. I also asked for a PDF copy of the results of the multi-point inspection to be emailed to me and I have not received it.

Terrible customer service . I brought my Prius in for an oil change and to have the auto body shop take care of the insurance repair . They said no problem I had the oil changed and was told I have to drive all the way to camelback Toyota and deliver the car myself instead of them dropping it off it’s right down the street he said . This is my 11th new Toyota. I have NEVER been told that all those service items were required. I think he offered things for $ that did not need done. Like 'do an alignment for $159 because AZ roads wear down tires and it is recommended every 15k miles'. NOT for ANY of my other 10 Toyota. And he didn’t CHECK it. Just said it was recommended. Scummy thing to do!
Typically helpful and thorough. The cost of repairs is quite high, up to 50% more than other shops … I understand the whole OEM parts and training but for a retired person it makes finishing reoairs at my preferred shop out of reach
Sold me a Buick encore 2016 An within 4 months my car was messing up and my extended warranty didn’t cover nothing, please don’t come here
