The service itself was good. I was not impressed with the new added surge charge when using my credit card, and vehicles no longer get washed after being serviced. Reprupose the man hours to perform the latter service.
Check engine and traction lights. ..took 2 trips to resolve and maintainence tune up Tech said light did not come on took vehicle back and tech established 02 sensor was bad

Price was not really validated with my coupon I had for my service. And I didn't get a car wash after my vist. Only thing I got extra was all these ridiculous prices on what you guys can fix and charge me on

It took almost 5 hour for a new battery. Was told I'd have my car in 10-15mins when I called to check on the status and it took another hour.

Sunglasses weee stolen from my mom's car during visit and some other sunglasses were put in their place. So essentially they swapped out the sunglasses which were worth $400. I asked Jorge about it and he basically told my mom tough xxxx, you signed paperwork that the dealership isn't responsible for lost or stolen items. I texted him asking for the general mangers name and contact Information and the contact info for the service manager but never got a response. We had to wait for well over an hour to have our meeting with the finance dept even though we paid with a bank check. As our finance meeting began Michael was cordial and professional. About half way through the meeting he asked if we wanted the vehicle warranty. We declined. He again stated the merits of the program and we declined it again.
