My service experience was not great. Andre is not a people person. First contact to last was not great. I had my Running boards installed from trade in to new truck. When they were Installed they were not wiped down. Something was splashed all over them. Not a big deal I’ll wash them myself but I would have expected more. I had an appointment at 3:30 and waited 45 minutes for someone to check me in. Jorge said no one called him over the walkie talkies but in fact someone did right in front of me. When I made the appointment I marked that I will be leaving property and told him I'm leaving. He did not make me aware that the mechanic closes at 6. He calls me at 5:52 to tell me my car is finished, and hung up immediately before I can even ask a question. I arrived to pick my car up at 6:30-6:45 to find out it was closed. Be careful of financial using the iPad for your documents. Make sure you get a paper copy of the contract before you leave to review. Also, the documents did not contain your interest rate or payment amount. No blame but needs to change.
