Q was very unprofessional. He would ignored my messages. I explained to him that the price was expensive and I needed to review other options, and further push to apply for a credit card. I had to drive down after my car being in the shop for five days. He hanged up the phone and explain all managers were busy. Then, I get there the manager was just walking around nonchalantly. I am beyond frustrated with the service. I opted to take my car somewhere else.

I was there longer than expected. Coffee machine was limited needed to be rinsed. Cafe wasn't open and outlets were limited

Always great with servicing but I am VERY dissatisfied with Finance. My file should explain my issues with the MPP program and their failure to attend to the problems.

Quick service and thorough inspection Bring back the car washes after service. Prices are already high. Stop reducing the experience of the customer

When I pulled up go my appointment, no one greeted me or came to my car for ten minutes. There were 4 service guys standing around shooting the breeze. I went in myself to get someone.

Everything was great, then we got to finance guy, Miguel, who was so shady. They offered me a 12% APR for the car which I declined because I got an approval from my credit union for around 7.5% APR. He said he will work with my credit union and I was allowed to take the car home. Weeks have passed with no updates, then all of a sudden I saw my credit being pulled again multiple times without my permission. I texted him and he said he will reach to my credit union. Absolutely the worst car buying experience EVER! Took our money & said the car hadn't been thru their maintenance check & they would deliver the car to Bullhead City (this was Friday) by the next Tuesday (Monday was Christmas) maybe Wednesday 😳 by Friday after many phone calls, the & finally driving back the 3hr drive & sitting around their lot, while they continually blamed the maintenance but it was a stall to get a higher monthly payment, now blaming the age of the vehicle ( my fico score was over 750).
