I couldn’t get them to ever show me numbers. When forced, suddenly the payment came down by $80. Every other loan calculator came up with a far smaller payment. No one would explain with more than $12k in trade equity where that money went. It just disappeared.
Poor sales tactics. Trd pro Tacoma available on the lot. Would not sell for msrp. I told them I had 2 dealership willing to sell at msrp with no markup and Manager Ralph told me the management at those stores should be fired. No Ralph the owners of those dealers do not sell over Msrp because they know they will get return customers in the future. Horrendous experience! !! They are criminals and liers.!!!!!! I can not believe why there is not a law to stop bud behavior like this in the car sale. I am so traumatized!!
After talking to several represenratives I was notified theu dont sell to people from other states! Not only is this questionable but should be on their websites and when they first start . We are a mobile societu and people buy from other states all the time.. i had cadh on hans and ead ready to come from neighboring nevada.
Just read the other reviews. This dealership just wants to rip people off by not informing them until late in the process of any "dealer add-ons." I was told all Tacoma Pros have a $20,000 "market adjustment." When I received the "offer" for the purchase of a Tacoma Off Road, they added on things like Gap Protection $895.00; Protection Package $2995.00; Vehicle Service Contract $3,500.00; Zaktek Ultimate 3 year 495.00; Window Tint $399.00; and “Tailgate” $499.00 Total - $8,783 in completely useless and unwanted charges. I’ve never written a review before but this was the worst dealership experience I have ever had. Deceitful, bait and switch tactics and arrogance. The GM was rude and condescending to his own employees. I will never buy a Toyota based on my experience with this dealership.
Sales and finance people plus the manager that run credit check. They didn’t really help me out as what they promise me. Was going return the vehicle to the dealerships because the payment was too much for me and all they told me is everything been approved by finance dept plus wasn’t even 30 days yet. They don’t want lose their commission. Also they don’t want to take responsibility they just point fingers at each other plus lack of communication. DONT do it! ! . Helping my brother purchase a car so he can keep a job. Very questionable, unethical behavior on price, interest rate and upselling. When we started, price was $17987 at 4.99%. Hours later, in my absence John, finance guy magically has car under contract at $20,920 at 5.29% and then upselling with every warranty possible while not explaining cost associated with each. SALES---Wnat you would expect HIGH pressure rude in your face, mostly. So the guy we got for sales was a new guy. We were in the lot talking about cars etc and some 'full-of-himself' manager came up and completely interrupted us and talked over our sales guy and was generally rude. When we got inside our guy (we will call him Fred) was new so he had a trainer.
