I went for warranty work on my 2023 Toyota Tundra Platinum Hybrid. The trim on the back driver's side door bent back after getting caught on the front door. First call was to explain the situation and volunteer to send pictures of the damage. I was told that I had to schedule an appointment so THEY could take pictures and get approval from Toyota. I took the time out of my day to bring my truck by the dealership so Nemo could take pictures. I was told they'd have to schedule the repair after they received the part. After the... read more

Mid October 2021 I was sold a 2018 Toyota Tacoma @ 50k miles. The negotiation and final signing process took roughly 9 hours and started at noon-1pm. After agreeing with the terms given I was offered multiple warranties which one in particular is why I’m reaching out. A platinum warranty which was stated to add 75k miles on top of the mileage I bought with with truck bringing the grand total up to 125k under covered warranty. Two oil changes ! st one they spilled oil on engine and never wipe it up and it leaked on my garage floor. 2nd oil change, requested Mobile One, they put the wrong oil in it and basically said.....oh, sorry we blew it. Brought my Sorento in for a scheduled appointment just for an oil change. After 4 hours, the car still wasn't done. I inquired why and they said they don't take appts for Kia. 06/09/2023 -Jonathan the used car manager gave us a call, to try to sell us a car after we just bought a car from them last year. We told him our situation and wanted to wait till our finances improved, but he was really pushy and sounded confident he could get us into something better at around the same payments. 06/10/2023 Long story short, he lied. I wish they were able to remove the additonal fees of the accessories :( I should've came with SOMEONE THAT KNOWS THEIR CAR TERMINOLOGY, LIKE A MECHANIC.... AND DONE some RESEARCH ON THEIR EXTENDED WARRANTY CALLED MPP ITS $100 A MONTH ON TOP OF YOUR CAR PAYMENTS (GEICO ALREADY OFFERS ONE FOR $5 A MONTH)

Very disappointed. Long time customer of Toyota camelback. They have lost my business for life. Had an issue in the service department with disrespectful service manager. Took the time to seek out upper management about the issue and was again treated with lack of respect and empathy. Katrina Coscarelli reached out to me about my issue and was more concerned with who controlled the conversation than my actual grievance. Please see Update below after reading. Bought a 2022 Chevy Colorado Z71 with 13k miles ..have had to have it in the shop 5 times since Jan 2023. They didn't disclose there was an electrical problem-they supposedly do a pre-owned inspection that missed an electrical problem, the lighters don't work (I need them for forward facing cameras), the advertised "premium stereo system" was taken out or ripped out by previous owner, the stereo and gps system just goes blank sometimes and for some reason fuses blow.
