Spent $768 to have the Tacoma I bought here serviced. Multiple fluids not topped off including one below the ‘minimum’ threshold and found a random piece of plastic in my engine compartment. Makes you wonder what else wasn’t done properly and what other shortcuts were taken.

Waiting for a 2023 Prius - agreed on deal and price - no contract since vehicle was not physically there. When it arrived, dealer called said it was there and I needed to come in. Left immediately (2:40PM) and told dealer and salesman that. Hour and a half drive to dealer. At 3:22PM sales manager called and said the car was sold - but he had a Corolla Hybrid on the lot if I was interested. Customer service is nonexistent at this dealership from the get-go. Don't waste your time with them, if you're not willing to pay their outrageous and unnecessary dealership add-ons (even before the car you want arrives from the manufacturer on their lot, hence, no add-ons, yet!), they don't want to deal with YOU, they tell you to just go elsewhere for a $60k new SUV.
Purchased new car which I love. No issues with car but service and treatment was awful. First delivery was few hours behind schedule but Jesus apologized and promised gift card as apology. Next was issue with added protection scratch guards that were bubbled up and looked awful. Came back to have it fixed. Waited all day waiting for them to make it right. Do not buy a new car from this dealership! They are vague about what is included in any of the dealer add ins you pay for and then tell you you didn’t pay for that that’s an upgrade. They are crooks!

I filled out online asking about one white RAV4 on Thursday. I finally got call back Saturday night. Had to call back on Sunday. My first question was is car still for sale. He said yes. I said we can come right down and see it. He said we could not come in till Tuesday. I got two phone calls and two texts to make sure my wife and I where coming in for the meeting.
