Buyer beware…Bait and Switch dealership. They had a 2020 Toyota 4 Runner advertised for 22k w/ 59k miles. The sales man i originally spoke with admitted the ad was a typo which is fine but that Was how the car was advertised. The 2nd sales man said to go ahead and come in and he’d go ahead and get the car ready for me. The salesman was great to work with, would work with him anytime. However will never work with finance person again!

Changed rating to 1 star, because after leaving bad review, I was called and was told they(camelback Toyota) wanted to make things right and would call me back 2 days later on Friday to discuss. Updated and rewritten. July 8 2022. After trading in vehicle at Camelback toyota, which was done very quickly, what was then due to me, I had to struggle to get. I traded in and purchased a vehicle on 6/20 and overall day of, I’d say went pretty well BUT WAIT, There’s more. I was told my lien holder was Toyota Mortor Credit, but it’s not after my credit being ran 6 times. Apparently that’s in the contracts so shame on me for not being more thorough. Then I realized a scratch in my tint on the rear passenger door window. When I called I was told I needed to speak to Andre but that they didn’t cover stuff like that. I couldn’t get them to ever show me numbers. When forced, suddenly the payment came down by $80. Every other loan calculator came up with a far smaller payment. No one would explain with more than $12k in trade equity where that money went. It just disappeared.

Poor sales tactics. Trd pro Tacoma available on the lot. Would not sell for msrp. I told them I had 2 dealership willing to sell at msrp with no markup and Manager Ralph told me the management at those stores should be fired. No Ralph the owners of those dealers do not sell over Msrp because they know they will get return customers in the future. The average person buys a new veh every 2 to 3 years, and because the profit on a veh Is already figured into the msrp price. Adding another 5k on top of that is called price gougin... read more

After talking to several represenratives I was notified theu dont sell to people from other states! Not only is this questionable but should be on their websites and when they first start . We are a mobile societu and people buy from other states all the time.. i had cadh on hans and ead ready to come from neighboring nevada.
