I have gotten two new vehicles from them and when I had a problem I was treated terribly. The customer relations person is terrible she wouldn’t even return my calls for a week, and only then because I complain to her supervisor. She lied and said she called me several times but there were no missed calls on my phone.Horrible customer service once they have your money.
I bought a new RAV4, very happy with vehicle. However, support after the sale is non existent at this dealership. 1. The new vehicle did not have owner's manual. I was told they will mail it to me. 2. They could not get the license plate off my trade in, it has star head screws and I guess their ENTIRE service department has NEVER seen such a fastener. I've been here twice, once for an oil change and once for a service special. Beyond the typical upselling nonsense and inflated charges that are typical of a dealership, there is one issue unique to Camelback Toyota: the spam. Never before have I been subjected to the amount of spam calls, emails, and junk mail from a company. I have asked at least three times to be removed from these but they just keep coming. I have been working with multiple individuals at this dealership on a new vehicle and finally thought someone would be my advocate to help me through it; however this does not appear to be working out as my calls, text messages and emails are going unanswered to my specific questions. Bought a 2016 mini cooper about 3 weeks ago. Was having issues with the front end making popping noises and loss of steering control. My mechanic today told me that the car was unsafe to drive. Broken motor mount among many other things. Camelback never had their mechanic check this car out before I took possession. Gonna cost me almost 1500 in repairs.

Dropped my car off before 9 for a 9am appt was told up to 2 hours. I started calling at 12 but my advisor was not answering at his extension. I kept calling. Finally I talked to chase and he transferred me to parts because I told him my advisor Andre was not picking up. West in parts said my car is ready. This was at 130. I went to the dealership and Andre was nonchalant and didn't answer when I asked when my car was ready. On the paperwork it said 10:52. I don't know when he planned on letting me know.
I had a very negative experience here. The "numbers guy" conveniently "forgot" to use the sales price of the vehicle I wanted and instead intended to charge me the full listed price, without the including the dealers rebate (which was over 3K). I am so grateful I had done my homework. Very shady sales reps and horrible customer service!! I had inquired about a recent trade-in that was listed on Cars.com but did not have any pictures posted. When this dealership contacted me, I asked for them to send a video if possible. They sent me pictures of the vehicle which I was very interested in. I told them that I was from out of town and that I would be picking up the car by the end of the week.
