Tons of markups not listed in the cars. com advertised price. Very disappointed and won’t ever shop there again.

This dealership is full of liers and thieves. Mike and Brandon in service do not care about you, just stealing your money. They claimed they would cover my tow, and then after the vehicle made it to the dealership, they decided they had changed their mind, and are currently charging me 60 dollars per day until I pay for their $865 tow bill! That's literally extortion. I can't believe this place, it makes me sick to find out that there are people this cruel in the world. 0 out of 10, worst dealership in America.

Let me start by saying its a rip off dealership that is based of scamming clients their money especially with this economic slow down of selling cars and maintenance is the only way they will be making money. The head of the maintenance department Isac is the worse where he always find excuses to cover their mistakes. I brought my car to fix it at the dealership, paid top dollar for something simple and my car stayed there for a week to be fixed. They don’t tell you what’s going on with your auto loan and don’t use the one place you went in with after saying that’s the one that will be used also the salesman stays away from their customers for long periods and doesn’t explain what’s going on the finance guy doesn’t explain what’s going on either this person will not be going back to camelback Toyota in the future

We had a Recent horrible experience! !! We found a truck we really wanted online, we are from MO and truck in AZ, a previous customer came in and got denied for this same truck. (Needed a cosigner). We were approved and we are out of state, so had all the numbers done to ship the truck to us. While all this was happening, this denied customer came back after we were approved (with his cosigner) they wouldn't send us paperwork or signature options and sold the truck from underneath us. Dealer "mandatory adds" what a joke and rip off and I am sure I am not the only one that they have done this to. We started this off with being told once we got to the dealership working a deal on a new Toyota camry hybrid that the price really is not the price as you have to buy the dealer added warranty such as paint protection, tint and door protection such as the cups that you see on some door handles. Blatantly lied about the terms of the deal until paperwork was being signed. I was told a warranty was applied to an offer and signed the offer, then they tried to sell me the same warranty that wasn’t included after paperwork was signed. Double check everything and don’t expect them not to not only take advantage of you, but lie to your face.

I was in the market for a rav4 hybrid. They are hard to come by and everyone wants one. I get that. What I don't get was the way they had to treat me and my husband. We inquired about one of their cars online and were were fine with the price listed and figured it will be slightly more with taxes and doc fees, etc. We were told it was a first come first serve basis. The star is for Samantha, our salesperson. She was great and did what she could. No stars for the dealership. Five hours to make an all cash transaction on a new Tacoma, three of those hours just waiting to talk to finance , which we had to do even though we weren't financing it. I've had colonoscopies the were faster and less painful. Never coming back again.
