Have bought an Outback & a Forester at Camelback Subaru in Phoenix. 2013 Outback had overheating issues after the 90,000-mile service, so I traded it in on a newer Forester. My 2021 Forester was just in for some vandalism repair work & 60,000 mile servicing. Parts were ordered in a timely fashion by Dejon in Service Dept. & Mitch in Parts. Shoutouts to both! Easy to get an appointment. The agent knew why I was as there at checkin and communicated all the way thru. I hasn’t mentioned it was time for a maintenance visit, but they offered to get that done while I was there. Very helpful. Also cleaned the car before I left.
