It was such a relief to get my much-needed repairs done before the full assault of this summer's heat! I was able to get to & from work safely all summer long, and enjoy day trips out of town...without being concerned that I would be stranded in the heat! Thank you to Randy, for coordinating everything and making sure that we were able to get the estimated repairs completed right under budget. It took us a couple months to save to the money to get the work done, and we so grateful to have it completed just in time!

Just bought a white ID 4 which is electric. The sales/management team here is amazing. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and went over all the details. This is my third VW and highly recommend coming to this dealership for your new car. Well done VW Camelback

This review is for service only. We have three VW's and have serviced all of them here. We have always had great service where everything was explained and described up front. We have dealt with several advisors over the years, but all have been kind and helpful. One thing I do not enjoy is the texting aspect of their system. I would prefer an actual phone call and the ability to get in touch with my advisor on the phone.

The crew in the parts department are very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Cameron and Jeb are both great resources in providing accurate information/insight. You can definitely sense that this crew enjoys what they do and that this company treats them well.

On January 27th, I purchased a used 2016 Audi A4 from Camelback Volkswagen. From the moment I walked out to the lot, I was impressed. Salesman John Sendeck was extremely helpful. I had been searching for the right A4 for several years but the cost was always out of my price range. Mr. Sendeck was very encouraging and treated me with the utmost respect. I've been coming to Camelback Volkswagen for 4 years now and haven't regretted it once! Moving to Arizona as a college student I was worried I was going to have a hard time finding a dealership with people I could trust, but Randy has been great since the first time I brought my car in! He has tons of knowledge and experience that make bringing my car in a breeze. The quality of service here both for me as the customer and for my car has been great!
