Just purchased a new 2019 Jetta tonight. Kyle Callaway was my sales representative and is one of the best I have ever experienced in Auto industry. Kyle never pushed for any thing I did not want. I was very impressed by the service department, in particular with Service Consultant, Randy Ott!! I'd give him 10 stars, if I had the option!! First of all, I came all the way from Goodyear to bring my Tiguan because I was unimpressed with my local VW dealerships. My car was leaking coolant, so I called the service department at Camelback VW and spoke to Randy. I felt reassured that he could help me and had AAA tow my car to the dealership. Every once in awhile you come across a cars salesmen and are truly humbled and blown away. Not all salesmen are the same, speaking as someone who has had (now) 9 cars in my short driving life (indecisive much?) I can truly rate my experience here a 5 stars. This location is super nice! The salesman here are so professional, the managers are attentive and I had good experiences with everyone I talked to. I bought a car from Josh and he was overall just so helpful, he made the first time buying process understandable, he knew a lot about all the cars and let me basically ask him a thousand questions. I'm really happy with my car and I would definitely recommend this location if you're looking for affordable, relient cars.

So we came to Camelback VW with this crazy af situation. My husband and I found out we are having a baby and we both had leases on smaller cars. Our goal was to trade in two leases early, one a BMW and one a VW for a hot mom car. Lunde told us it wasn't possible but idk what kind of voodoo finance magic Camelback did but we're proud owners of a brand new Atlas and basically have room to have triplets at this point. Funny thing here today and nearly overwhelmed me. Just stopped in for look see and Ollie, a past car trading salesman, is here. So was fun reunion and catch up visit. Really nice group here and several car brands in their group all nearby.
