Chris was very helpful. Took my car in early am. Replaced a part under warranty and I had my car back same day. Really appreciate it.

First and foremost, I must give kudos to the manager: Frank Cheyney! He solved a hostile situation between myself and another male agent. Thus, he referred me to Mark DeMendoza who did a stellar job! The first agent had numerous tattoos and accused me of not buying my car from this particular location and demanded me to get my car repaired at another location. I asked to speak to a manager, but he refused to get Cheney, until DeMendoza intervened.

Reason for service was a software recall. Service writer was nice and pleasant , the facility was clean which made the three hour wait tolerable.
