As a Volkswagen customer, I was very disappointed with their customer service. I was there today due to having a busted tire. They have 45 minutes to close. They were rude and giving attitude. They did not want to help at all because they were "closing soon and did not want to stay later". They made that very evident which I thought was very unprofessional. They sold me a car that has been in an accident but not reported. They knew. I only found out when I had to fix the Turbo and found out there were Audi parts in a Nissan. When I brought it up, they were not professionals and showed their true colors. The used cars managers are crooks

These guys post all kinds of cars for sale.on Facebook under some guy named Tyler. I sent these guys no less than 5 messages practically begging to buy one of their Audi S5's - do you think I even got one response? A dealership like this posts cars for sale online and then can't be bothered to respond to messages. All of a sudden it makes sense why they have such bad reviews. Dont provide a ride to work anymore. $10 Lyft credit which gets you nowhere. They all think they are better than you and don't listen to problems you have with the vehicle. If it's not a service that pockets them money easily they won't give you the time of the day.

This service department is the worst! All they care about is money forgetting it's the customer that's having to pay it. I've had to get my car fixed there several times and each time and I've had to bring it back for either for the same issue that wasn't fixed or a "new" issue as they claim it to be just to get more money. One time I brought my car there for air filters and had to bring my car back at least 3-4 times because it wasn't put back together correctly. I have a lease that will be up in a couple of months. VW credit informed me that I could have a VW Dealer purchase the car before lease end (since it's so close to ending) and it would zero out the remainder of my payment responsibility. The absolute worst service I have ever received. My son originally took his car to the dealership for service back in November for an oil change and tire rotation. Fast forward to January, three of the tire lug nuts fell off while he was driving, thankfully the other two was still in place to avoid the tire from completely being removed (see pic). They charge $145 to change a cabin air filter. This should be insanely illegal. The part costs $11.99 and takes about 4 minutes of labor. I've never heard of a mechanic charging $1800 / hr for labor.

Buyer Beware ( I would leave a ZERO if I could; not a choice) After a diligent online and telephone search, Camelback VW quoted the best price for a new car we planned to buy. Before leaving for the dealership, I questioned the sales rep again; this monthly price includes everything, and the response was YES.
