I have to leave another shot out to thank Ruben, from financing, for going above and beyond to help me resolve a registration issue. Ruben is super authentic and genuine. He did not avoid my calls, but did what any person with integrity would do. I got my issue resolved and I appreciate that he fell through on his word. I am super impressed with the Service and Sales Dept at Camelback VW. I've had a relationship with Randy for years since taking my Jetta in for routine maintenance and been very pleased. Randy certainly understands the art of customer service and he's a 20 year veteran with lots of knowledge! Being that they did leave me a message here (i just now noticed) I am going to change my rating. Anyone who takes the time to read their business's reveiws and respond to them deserves 5 stars. (although i still think 300-500 dollars for a key to a car that is worth 1000 dollars is RIDICULOUS)

I am astonished that this place has such a low review. We came in the other day to find my girlfriend a car and our sales guy definitely fought for us to get the best deal (even tossed in some free VW shirts) and our finance guy (I am spacing on his name. Younger tall gentleman) got us a solid deal. They were incredibly helpful in a timely manner and we walked out with a good deal in a bad market

This is my second time coming to this location for a new car. Back in 2017 Steven helped me immensely when getting out of my car and into a brand new Tiguan at the price point I needed. 4 years later, here I am buying a new car. My old car was having major issues and these guys came through more than I could imagine. Spencer from service is absolutely amazing. I had my catalytic converter stolen and had to tow car over. Spencer took care of me every step of the way. He was communicative, helped me to collaborate with my insurance, helped me with transpo, and even went out of his way to assist me when the service department was closed. Yet again this dealership amazes me! We took our 2016 VW Jetta Hybrid into the dealership for service because there was some trouble with the car going forward. We have a warranty but they refused to cover any of the broken parts claiming a pre-existing condition issue because we only recently bought the warranty policy. Amazingly Rex in service along with his manager Frank managed to get VW to pick up the cost of the repair entirely!!! I'm lifelong grateful to Rex and will absolutely never buy anything but a VW!
