I generally would give this location 1-2 stars for the service department, but I was surprised by the incredible customer service from Shannon and Kelli. KELLI is ridiculously friendly knowledgeable and needs to be recognized for doing the most while making it look easy. Kelli is the only reason I would return to service my vehicle at this location. Shannon also is a rockstar in charge of the customer service department and will get anything done to satisfy the customer's needs.

Don't walk in thinking this place is going to gouge you. Joe Rubi was completely honest, transparent and explained everything so well. Joe and his manager, Van Lesser, left an incredible experience. Joseph in finance was also a pleasure doing business with. Joseph was very honest and friendly. This was my first time purchasing a car so I brought my partner & his mother for help. Excellent customer service! I had an appointment to bring my Jetta in for a recall repair, the service department was very busy and my vehicle took longer than expected. BUT, they took care of me! I mentioned I worked nights as a nurse and needed a vehicle for my commute that evening. 5 minutes later, Chris had a loaner vehicle ready to go for me. And it was free of charge! Thank you Camelback VW!

i've been here before and again and again yes prices are up high of course they will be but can't complain rather trust a dealership then anywhere else! any who i do like service & the way they try to help you fit in wether there busy or not. at least for me 3 times that i've been here back in 2018! car running fine thanks to the people that work here! like fr fr i mean it :)

The parts/service counter is fantastic! I was doing an oil change on my wife's VW Jetta a couple months ago. I drained the oil and then realized that I cannot simply replace the crush washer on the oil drain plug. It's a one piece design; the washer will not come off of the drain plug and it is recommended that you replace the piece when you change the oil. I called the parts department at Camelback VW to ask if they had a drain plug in stock for a 2008 Jetta. They answered the phone right away, said they have plenty of them... read more

Last week they were able to take me in last minute in the evening to swap out my battery after having it jump started. Saved me a ton of time and got a 3 year warranty on my battery in the process!

This review is for the service team. Chris Parker has done an excellent job managing a recurring issue with my VW (manufacturer problem, nothing to do with this dealership). Even though ongoing car trouble is frustrating, they make managing it as easy as possible on me. I wish every service department was this great to work with! Red helped me w/ an oil change, a 100,000 mile check and a wheel cap and made my process at this new dealership as simple and painless as it can go. Thank you so much for helping me out as not everyone at dealerships takes the time!
