Camelback VW is awesome, and has great quality customer service! They took care of me and my vehicle. They kept me informed and answered all my questions. My account rep was great and very helpful. I will definitely bring my car back here and would be happy to purchase from them if I have a need in the future!!

Love the team here! The store is huge so there us plenty of space and the selection of cars is great. Makes it easy to find one. The sales team and managers are helpful and transparent with numbers. Would definitely recommend. I would however advise them to update the customer lounge and womens bathroom. Both need a refresher! I would recommend for them to hire Scottsdale Design Services to help.

This place is the best! Randy and Jason are incredible! They went above and beyond with service and helped with me all my Volkswagen needs. My husband and I went car shopping and started at the Subaru store. We were greeted immediately by Kris Patel. He asked what we were looking for and went to work. He took us on a test drive and answered all our questions. We told him that we wanted to sleep on the info he had provided before making a commitment. We called the next morning and made a deal, picked the car up the following day. Kris was a sales consultant extraordinaire!! We're really glad we met Kris! He made our experience really easy!

We bought our first VM here and it was a pleasant experience. I did not expect to get a VW but they very nice and easy to work with. They were very understanding and working within our needs. Had a full drive day yesterday from Palm Springs. Started out with warnings of passenger rear blinker not working, but intermittently it would go off. Camelback VW took a look at our issue today. Still not sure of what was occurring, but made a concerted effort and changed a bulb. All seems good. We like our VW family. Thanks David!
