Funny thing here today and nearly overwhelmed me. Just stopped in for look see and Ollie, a past car trading salesman, is here. So was fun reunion and catch up visit. Really nice group here and several car brands in their group all nearby.
Camelback VW is amazing! Elias was a big help. He made the car buying process simple, unlike my experience at other dealerships. He was calm, patient, and very understanding. He fought for us every step of the way! If you haven't considered this dealership before, I suggest giving Elias a chance to work for you just as he did for me.
Torian Smith, was amazing he really knows what hes doing and he didnt try to push me into anything that will not benefit me later on, he knows cars very well and hes very professional. The whole experience was great , easy and fast
Daughter lost her only set of keys to her vw. Had car towed to Camelback VW. Randy at the service department took excellent care of us. Was late in picking car up but Regina went out of her way to help us. Great experience here.
Never had such a good experience getting my car serviced! Everything was so smooth and easy and they take care of you really well while your car is getting worked on. Thank you!

I would definitely never recommend anyone ever going here. They service department is bunch of sexist idiots. You tell them the issue, they tell you they can't verify any of the concerns, and no one can test drive with you. You advise there is a leak coming from the lower oil pan and they confirm by their "most senior certified technician" it is just the drain plug and it needs an oil change, out of my pocket. You tell them there is a buck in the transmission, and they say they cannot duplicate it and it needs a transmission... read more

So not sure if this person actually read my reply but assuming the way I was responded to and the tone in text I think they didn't fully read so let me try and say what happened.
