Camelback VW is amazing! Elias was a big help. He made the car buying process simple, unlike my experience at other dealerships. He was calm, patient, and very understanding. He fought for us every step of the way! If you haven't considered this dealership before, I suggest giving Elias a chance to work for you just as he did for me.
Torian Smith, was amazing he really knows what hes doing and he didnt try to push me into anything that will not benefit me later on, he knows cars very well and hes very professional. The whole experience was great , easy and fast
Daughter lost her only set of keys to her vw. Had car towed to Camelback VW. Randy at the service department took excellent care of us. Was late in picking car up but Regina went out of her way to help us. Great experience here.

Jarivs and Jermal was super cool and they worked there magic getting me into the car I wanted and from this point on they have a loyal customer that will do business with them from this point on.....If your looking to have a good experiences with some down to earth people that treat's you as a person and not a $$$$$ then go holla at them over at Camelback Volkswagen....
After I posted this review, I called the service department, asked for the Service Dept manager and got voicemail. I left a message. It has been 3 business days and no reply!

Service department needs improvement. I filled out the on-line form when I made my appointment and other than my appointment time, none of the other information I submitted on the form nor the details on the service I signed up for were accurate. I had to provide all the information again to the service agent. Why request a service if the system does not provide that detail to the service advisor? I waited for my service.
