They were rude on the phone when I made an appointment. When I pulled into the service bay, no one came out to check me in (this has been standard procedure in every other dealership). All the guys were sitting at their desks looking at me through a window and never came out. The person who checked me in sent me a text message to ask any questions I may have via text. Went for oil change and tire rotation, after 1hr 30 min I paid asked them, is tire rotation. Done, he said yes, I paid for it, went to check car, they never rotated tires, I know since there are marks on 2 of the tires look different, I had to wait for rotation again but how can you trust them, for service they do after this.

From the general manager to the sales manager this dealership is terrible. We had a horrible experience with our brand new vehicle and got absolutely no help from them. Terrible attitude! I would give them 0 stars but must rank them somehow. Save yourself and go to Larry H Miller VW, they are great!
Do not even think about getting a car from here. They literally will sell you a new lemon. Months after purchasing new car things started going wrong and before you know your warranty is up and things are still going wrong. They only want your money don't care about these cars or the customers. Don't waste your time here please!

I have been a customer of Volkswagen located on 16st and camelback for about 5 years now. Today I experienced the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. This is a place where I'm suppose to feel its safe and trust worthy to have my car fixed or have my questions/concerns addressed professionally. Service department is flat-out CORRUPT. Took my vehicle here after two other mechanics (my regular mechanic referred me to a VW specialist bc they found codes only a qualified VW mechanic could address, but found no other issues (also, I had just taken my car to that mechanic 2 months ago to "fix anything you find" which was about $3,500 of mostly minor stuff. If I could give this dealership a zero I would. they found a small screw in my tire and patched it and sent me on my way and a couple hours later my tire was flat and tearing apart. when I went back in after having it towed paying $200 out of pocket they told me they couldn't find what caused the tire to go flat even though they patched it. They put my life at risk by letting me leave with an inadequate tire which subsequently makes their service department negligent. A law firm will love to hear this. The patch we made on your tire is still intact and when we removed your tire we showed that to you. We also showed that your tire shows impact damage and a blown out sidewall which would come from road debris, a curb or pot hole which is what caused it to go flat. I really hate leaving bad reviews but my experience here was TERRIBLE. This place is run by thieves and scammers. I was driving and my engine just shut off. Brought it in for servicing and they quoted me $2k for work that was clearly under warranty (ie battery less than 3 years old, factory warranty for transmission cooler seals etc).
