Recently purchased my id. 4 at another dealership. I met kevin while charging out in the wild, he asked me how I liked my ID4 and told me he worked at your dealership and anything I needed I could reach out. That's the experience I've been looking for. I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance and a tire issue. Mark explained that all the tire problem was just over-filled air and that I did not infact need an alignment. I'm sold. I'll be bringing my ID4 there for everything going forward.
