VW Camelback ruined my car! They had my car for one whole month and that was my fifth visit since November 2022. They charged me more money and said it would fix the original issues. They lied when I got the car back the Hood was scratched and the car used to sound quiet now it sounds like a Diesel engine, which it is not Also, the rear tire was flat. Camelback Volkswagen expertly upkeeps the sleazy car salesman reputation - without fail. And don't be surprised when the salesman who is trying to swindle you, is practically a teenager. One star for sucky service, Yelp won't allow zero stars. Which is what they deserve. No timely responses, ignored even with an appointment, incapable "expertise", eye-rolling service technicians. Never ever go there. There are other VW dealers--you don't need Camelback VW. Do not go here. No matter the convenience of the location, they will take forever if at all...
On November I purchased a new vehicle here. Everything was going well, UNTILL the sells manager started providing me with False (lies) information regarding the loan. Unfortunately, by the time I realized, it was too late. Just be mindful when deciding where to buy your next vehicle. I understand they are a business and need to meke profit, however I font believe they should be doing it by lying to perspective customers.
Brought my car in for its 70,000 mile service check. The initial visit went well and the staff was very friendly. I brought my car in on a Saturday and it was serviced in about 2 hours. That following Sunday, my check engine light went on and I noticed motor oil leaking out by the front passenger tire. I dropped off my car (only 17,000 miles) early on Friday morning to get the A/C fixed. My service advisor told me it would likely take all day and sent me home via Lyft. I got no call at the day's end. I called on Saturday, was told my service advisor was not there (which I knew), and I asked for a status update. I was told I would get a return call. I did not. Joe promised me three times over that they would fill up my tank after they did a drive on my car to test a piece that was replaced. Three times and they did not fill up with gas and gas is expensive. And when I asked him why-- they gave me a song and dance answer and I realized that they were just being cheap. I've serviced my 2022 Taos here twice and after my visit today I plan on going elsewhere with servicing. It started with my first visit, just one month after purchasing my new car I had to schedule an appointment. I scheduled an appointment online at 12:30 pm for 4:15 pm.
