I have received service from this dealership three times and have been satisfied each time. The last service was to replace a tail light bulb which VW designed to make it difficult for owners to do.

Knowledgeable, helpful & accommodating I really appreciate Camelback VW services because I was I was provided wrong information from another VW dealership. So when they got my car they handled everything & made sure to keep me updated & aware of what was facts & what was not. Mark was very kind, he gave me reassurance & even spoke with me regarding when I turn the car in.
