Camelback Volkswagen is a convenient location for me to have a detail service. I called and talked to Shayna R. to schedule my vehicle. Shayna made an appointment for me to bring my vehicle in on April 24 at 7:30 AM. When I arrived on April 24, I walked into the service station and was greeted nice and warmly by Shayna. I have received service from this dealership three times and have been satisfied each time. The last service was to replace a tail light bulb which VW designed to make it difficult for owners to do.
