I needed a part for my Touareg but was told it was on back order from Germany and there were no other parts in the country and no ETA for when it would come other than "probably 4-6 weeks". So I called a dealer in chandler who told me he could see that there was a part at a dealer in Scottsdale. Left it there and had it back the next day fixed and good to go. Got a call from camelback 9 days later saying they got the part in. No communication in between. Don't recommend this dealer for service.

I'm so saddened by what seems to have happened with dealers lately. They seem desperate because everyone is realizing the benefits of online buying. You would think they'd respond with the thing the internet cannot provide - GOOD SERVICE. Instead it is the absolute opposite. My daughter has been a service customer for three years. Chris has been fantastic. Reliable, trustworthy and responsive. We recently had an unexpected breakdown resulting in +/-$5000 worth of work on 2011 Tiguan. Disappointed, but this was an opportunity for my daughter to get her first new car as a college graduate. I went with my girlfriend to drop off her new vehicle for it's semi-annual ZakTek treatment (We drove all the way from San Diego to get it done so we can maintain the vehicles quality and we paid $1000 for the service at the time of the vehicle purchase before we moved). Went in ready to buy a car for my daughter a 2021 Jetta S to be exact, and was greeted by a young sales man who was very helpful. He gave me the out the door numbers which I was trying to negotiate, because they have fairly high prices compared to the rest of the dealers. After having a good experience with the sales department and generally liking my Jetta I purchased from them, it's unlikely I'll be back due to the extremely poor service I received from the service department. It all started when I took my car in for a routine oil change and also asked them to rotate the tires. I had marked the tires to ensure it was done, and what do you know, they didn't touch them. I set up an appointment with Randy - because I'd seen his name pop up in recent positive reviews, so I figured I'd be in good hands. When I arrived, another advisor checked me in. Randy never introduced himself, so I'm not sure why I was prompted to select an advisor to begin with. I came with very simple needs, one of which was the explicit request to NOT wash the car. Go to any other dealership, literally any other dealership. I went in yesterday and was lied to and treated like complete crap. I requested a call from the manager when he got in to see if we could still do business and have yet to receive a call.
