Great customer service and communication regarding progress. Alexander was able to quickly focus in on the issue by process of elimination. Once they got into working on my vehicle, they were able to locate another issue which I was unaware of. I was able to use a loaner which made it easier to deal with the current situation.

Helpful. Professional. Kind. I've had bad experiences in the past where associates were impatient or condescending. Shayna was as far from this as possible . Alexander too, when I first dropped my vehicle off. Both were kind and patient. Shayna kept me informed. I will be back.

Camelback Volkswagen is a convenient location for me to have a detail service. I called and talked to Shayna R. to schedule my vehicle. Shayna made an appointment for me to bring my vehicle in on April 24 at 7:30 AM. When I arrived on April 24, I walked into the service station and was greeted nice and warmly by Shayna.
