They used to have good service, not anymore. The last couple of times, I used their service it was awful. Something in the axel broke on my 2019 Jetta. They had it in the shop for days. I was not kept informed of the progress. When I finally picked it up, I drove it about 4 miles and they hadn't repaired it. It was still broken and unsafe to drive. My service advisor was Joe Gonzalez for my first and only visit to Camelback VW. First off, Joe is not friendly in the least it. My car was with Camelback VW for 5 days only for Joe to tell me that they couldn't duplicate the issue that I was experiencing. Really??? As cliche as this sounds, if there was a zero star I would be giving this place a zero, specially in the service department. I have never in my life felt more disrespected, frustrated, and disappointed by a company, in my life. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I broke down on I-10 with a puncture to my oil pan and had my car towed here on a Sunday night. I called on Monday to let them know the situation, but I never got through to anyone. I left messages, my friends called, my family called, but no one answered. Slimiest slime of all time! Folks do not go to this dealership. I received emails from Joe Espo about trading in my 2014 Jetta and according to the email they sent my car fit the criteria. I took my car in to get a very simple brake check, tire rotation and top off my coolant. I SPECIFICALLY asked for them to call if you find something wrong so i can just get it done while they have my car... When I get my car back all of my tires are out of pressure even though I called at noon specifically asking to make sure when I picked it up that they would put air in all the tires. My 2019 Tiguan with less than 13k miles broke down on Saturday 6/12 and was towed to this dealership because it was the closest location to where I broke down and where I currently live. Their service department closed hours before the car was dropped off so I had to wait until Monday 6/14 to ask for a loaner car and have my car looked at. I needed a part for my Touareg but was told it was on back order from Germany and there were no other parts in the country and no ETA for when it would come other than "probably 4-6 weeks". So I called a dealer in chandler who told me he could see that there was a part at a dealer in Scottsdale. Left it there and had it back the next day fixed and good to go. Got a call from camelback 9 days later saying they got the part in. No communication in between. Don't recommend this dealer for service.
