Had to take our car twice fir what seemed minor electrical. The issues got worse, as when fixing one thing, they caused other issues. Now have to take it again this Friday as the air bag light stays on. They are the worse l've ever seen. Their "mechanics" suck!!
Very frustrated with this location. All of my service appointments are scheduled directly through the Volkswagen portal. I scheduled an oil change on my Tiguan twice. Both times I was denied service by Randy Ott. His words " You don't need an oil change until you reach 40k miles, do you want me to show you the sign? ". Save yourself a nightmare and go anywhere else. All the terrible stereotypes about car dealers-they embody them to a T. Don't trust their vehicle inspection not their finance people. We bought a certified pre-owned car--we were assured the car met their inspection criteria and have a copy of the report. First time on the highway-crazy vibrations. Their solution to every single problem is "just replace the whole thing". I was going to be charged $3,500 for a new stereo when the solution I found was to buy a $5 disc and update the software. They also told me to replace the entire trunk harness for $500, and I fixed it for $15 by buying some wires at Autozone and connecting 2 wires that has separated. This time they're telling me to buy a $400 bulb just to be able to continue diagnosing it, which would lead to them telling me to replace the entire headlight casing. Go ... read more
I dropped my car off for service at 930 am on Saturday and it's 7pm, and I haven't heard anything. So, I call, and the after hours say they closed at 4pm. And, they are closed on Sunday, which means I will not get my vehicle back until Monday. So no one decided to inform me of this?.. I am unexpectedly without a vehicle for 2 days. After running over some debris on the 202, my Jetta began to leak fuel. I poked my head under the car and sure enough my gas tank had a deep gash in it. I dropped my vehicle off at the service center at Camelback VW. It has been 4 days and I can't get anyone to call me back and give me a status on my car. I'm not even sure they've started working on it? This place will take your car hostage and never call you back. Despicable service so far.
It was a beautiful car. The price and terms were fine. I had great credit and money wasn't an issue. I was there to do paperwork and drive the car home. But the incompetence, game playing and lack of preparedness was absurd and I thought NO, I'd rather walk than give this dealership a dime. Posted Feb 26, 2022. I've taken my car to this dealership for service since I bought it back on 2016. It is out of my way, but I don't mind the 20+ minute drive. It is more expensive than using a regular shop, but I've always liked the service, even after a few minor incidents, which they always made right. This time, I don't think I can go back to them for service. I made an appointment for 01/13 at 2:30PM.
