Went in ready to buy a car for my daughter a 2021 Jetta S to be exact, and was greeted by a young sales man who was very helpful. He gave me the out the door numbers which I was trying to negotiate, because they have fairly high prices compared to the rest of the dealers. After having a good experience with the sales department and generally liking my Jetta I purchased from them, it's unlikely I'll be back due to the extremely poor service I received from the service department. I set up an appointment with Randy - because I'd seen his name pop up in recent positive reviews, so I figured I'd be in good hands. When I arrived, another advisor checked me in. Randy never introduced himself, so I'm not sure why I was prompted to select an advisor to begin with. I came with very simple needs, one of which was the explicit request to NOT wash the car. Go to any other dealership, literally any other dealership. I went in yesterday and was lied to and treated like complete crap. I requested a call from the manager when he got in to see if we could still do business and have yet to receive a call.

If you are looking to buy a car and have to unfortunately choose this specific dealership. Avoid Joe Ruby, he is rude and would not stop texting me after hanging up on me once he got emotional on the phone. Go to scottsdale Volkswagon do not waste your time here.

If I could give zero stars I would. These people are absolute thieves! Son leased a VW from an out of state dealership, then moved to Phoenix. These people try to sell him a new car every time he's there for service! When his lease ran out he tried to buy the car. They lied about the costs at every step! I talked with Paul and told him exactly how much I could give as a down payment. I was discussing this with Ruben for over 3 months, and he knew all my issues with my credit. Does anyone from Camelback VW actually read these reviews? I won't go into how many times I had to take my used Touareg in for a check engine light or the seat heater. My major complaint is the pushy salesmen that even after I tell them no, call me over and over again. I finally had to block the number. Get a clue - if I say I'm not buying a car from your dealership ever again, calling me four times in a row after I've hung up on you isn't going to change my mind especially when you appear as "Spam Risk" when you call.... read more
