Crazy, stupid waste of time. I found a 2019 Jetta that I was interested in looking at on Car Gurus. The description given on the Car Guru and shop website were lacking a lot of info so my wife and I decided to take a trip up to the dealership to have a look. I have two days calling to Shannon and she doesn't take the call or answer my messages since Friday. So, definitely Camelback VW need more bad reviews. Everyone take care tour money. Don't go to Camelback Volkswagen. 6 months later about your lease they are going to get more money. Martin Zavala

I take my car here to get serviced 1 or 2 times a year. Never had a issue they get the job done. Only thing is they keep calling me wanting me to trade in my car. I told them several times to take me off their list. I'm not interested and I do not want to trade in my car. They are very pushy and this month they called me 3 times already. I'm really considering taking my car elsewhere to get it serviced due to these annoying ass calls!

Our 2006 Passat had a fuel control module recall. It smelled of gas. We took it in and they said they would also do a 25 item inspection. I called them on three occasions and they said it would be done on time (it was) and they would contact me. They never did. We got the car back and it still smelled of gas. Maybe they did not clean the engine compartment? No, the fuel pump gasket was leaking and they neglected to call me. Now what? Fortunately i have a regular mechanic but am now without a car for another day.

I went to Camelback Volkswagon a few times to service my Tiguan. The service was fine enough (although they apparently could not fix my squeaky breaks on a new car), however, this is besides the point. I am writing this review because they call me so much it is almost harassment. This has been going on for months (feels like years). They have called me 3-5 times in a single day. Liars. Dishonest service department. They suggested the most expensive repairs to fix a problem I was having with my car making a noise. Thankfully I took my car to a different place. An honest place. A minor fix. I will not be returning to these money hungry dishonest people.

TERRIBLE customer service from the used car service manager FRANK. He sold me a car that "passed inspection" according to him. But a 1mm brake pad is not passing inspection. I was sold an unsafe vehicle. FRANK fought me on repairing other parts that were broken and missed on his inspection of the car. I have never experienced such a rude disrespectful uncaring manager. I am currently leasing a Jetta and I was called numerous times by Camelback Volkswagon to return my lease early. I spoke to a manager and was promised a certain deal for a new lease, so I drove over to Camelback Volkswagon. Let me remind you that this is during the pandemic and I have an autoimmune disease. When I first came to this dealership my buying experience was great! Fast forward to only a year and a half later: I get pestered with phone calls by people who were not my original salesman, claiming he no longer works there, but they can get me into a new 2020 Jetta with $0 down around the price of what I was currently paying for my 2019 Jetta to trade it in.
