I scheduled an appointment 5 days in advance to have my first oil change and Zactek applied. Service rep said it would take one hour. After 2 1/2 hours I was told it would be a little longer because he "should have checked the status an hour earlier". He said the Service Dept did not have the supplies needed to do Zactec. Finally finished after 3 hours 15 minutes. Not happy!
If I could give them a 0star I would. The sales service are terrible. They sold me a Subaru a few years back with a faulty airbag. Bought it back and sold me a VW sports wagon that was used. This was a lemon. In and out of the shop continuously. Tried to get them to do the right thing and put me in a safer car. They instead tried to sell me another car and wrap the price of the lemon on top. Seeing that Camelback VW also runs their used car superstore next door, I'm going to post the review here. First of all, I'm shocked that this fly by night operation is owned by Berkshire Hathaway. Horrible experience and very unprofessional. They quoted a fake price (via email) for a new vehicle just to get me into the building. Once I arrived, they claimed that the quote was "accidently" provided for a different vehicle. Then the sales manager came to the desk and pretty much attacked me. The guy was extremely rude and hostile. I will be submitting a complaint with VW corporate and other various social media outlets. I'm not so much upset about the fake quote as much as how this guy tried to be-little me.

Horrible customer service! We are a loyal VW family, but this place lacks of commitment to exceed their service to excellence. Bought a new Jetta few years ago, after having a beetle for many years. I didn't love my purchase experience, from the salesman's lengthy disappearance to the absolutely obnoxious finance rep that refused to accept my decisions and needed to mansplain how insurance works. But what really gets me about this place is the repair shop. I took my car in for a vibration issue that began not long after I bought the car, and after leaving it there for three days, I was told they didn't really know what was wrong with it, but they "suggested" FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS in maintenance.
