This was my second visit for the same problem the 2nd time was a lot better than the first time.
30K mile checkup went well. A little pricey and I don’t think they applied my coupon. I didn’t see a discount listed on the receipt.
Easy and convenient Alex explained everything that was going to get done with my car very clearly.
I brought my car in to have a software module replaced. Eddie was very communicative. I was offered a loaner car since the car was at the dealership for a week. Upon return to pick up the car, the transition was smooth.
Excellent communication and service. Ian kept me informed every time the estimated completion time or date changed.
