My grandmother has been receiving care at Canyon Vista Post Acute, and I could not be more grateful for the level of compassion, patience, and attentiveness shown by the entire staff. From the moment she arrived, they treated her not just as a resident, but as family. I am revising my initial post and have a change of heart, in my opinion I have been treated very well especially by the nurse MaRachel her CNA's Leilani and her CNA Jennyffer are awesome. The patient care and physical therapist have a great program. I love the care I received from Esty, Selam, Genesis, Joselyn, and all CNA's with the exception of 2. The staff there,from wound care to Physical Therapy and everything in between were caring and supportive! I felt that I was on the path to healing
The best thing about this facility is their Nurse Practitioner Annabelle. I will forever view her as our guardian angel and I am so grateful for her. I give Annabelle 5 stars I was not in the facility long enough to rate it, so the stars are NOT fit the faculty but for Annabelle
My aunt was there for therapy and to get better. Thank you for all the nursing staff for your kindness and patience. The RN's Daniel and Rachel were great! A big thank you to Selam, Sandra, Azeb and Gracia. You always made sure she was okay. Thank for the care you provided for my aunt during this time. We are forever grateful for your care and kindness!
My occupational therapist, nick has been great. He got me sitting up for more than hour going into the second hour. He let me sit at the edge of to do all my hygiene tasks like brushing my teeth myself.
My husband fractured his left hip and was hospitalized for 3 1/2 weeks not standing. When he arrived at Canyon Vista he couldn't move his legs in bed. After 2 months of physical therapy and occupational therapy with the wonderful staff he is able to walk with a walker, stand up from sitting and get himself out of bed! The CNA's and nursing staff were awesome. We highly recommend Canyon Vista!!
Excellent staff. Caring. Nurse Daniel is superb!!! Jessica the unit clerk is so friendly.
