Thank you & Thumbs up to all the staff that helped me during my stay at this facility. Jerick/Ma Rachel, Daniel & Leonila. CNA-Yase & Salem. PT/OT-Patrick, Deyrin, Sasha, Jenny, Nick, Davies & Nina are the ones worth mentioning. All the staff were kind, respectful, and helpful to me and my family's needs. They provide the best care I could have asked for during a terrible event in my life. I thank Canyon Vista for outstanding service for my wife Theresa Belcher. I would like to recognize Justin Soria and Shirley Ng for their great customer service and ability to develop repour with the patients being treated at your facility. Both of these employees have abilities that push patients to go beyond their average ability to improve their condition. Other employees should emulate their approach and procedures. Don Belcher

I've been in canyon vista post acute for almost a month. The nurses and cnas are very nice and helpful. I want to give a shout out to my physical therapy guys Patrick Siazon and David for helping me along with my mobility issues. You are the best!

The staff at Canyon Vista was excellent. Particularly the CNAs and Nurses namely Kaimah, Brenda, Victo, Lupe, Sharel, Essie, Shay and Salam. Especially Joanna my nurse. The PT and OT staff were the best I ever encountered. They got me walking and on my feet and able to do things such as dress, brush my teeth, etc. This may seem like small stuff yet to me it wasn't. Very happy with the care as well as the staff. They really go above and beyond. In tough stressful situations where loved ones need care Canyon Vista really made me feel comfortable. Special thanks to Shante and Nina a dynamic team that answered many unknown questions. Overall i would recommend this facility.

Staff was incrediby kind and informative. I visited yesterday and was astounded by the care my father received. The nurses and CNAs were very caring to him. The front desk was also very helpful. I didn't catch his name but he was asian and had black hair. Overall, thiss is one of the best rehabilitation centers I've been to considering the cleanliness and staff care.

My brother had a sub dural hematoma and recovery is very difficult. Canyon Vista gave him the needed PT physical therapy to perhaps go home and enjoy his retirement. After many years of working in the hospital in Las Vegas and helping people. I hoped he would be able to enjoy his retirement. But this illness cause him many episodes in the hospital and rehab centers in Las Vegas. I'm grateful that Canyon vista gave him the needed rehab so that he may be able to enjoy his retirement at home.
