My occupational therapist, nick has been great. He got me sitting up for more than hour going into the second hour. He let me sit at the edge of to do all my hygiene tasks like brushing my teeth myself.

My husband fractured his left hip and was hospitalized for 3 1/2 weeks not standing. When he arrived at Canyon Vista he couldn't move his legs in bed. After 2 months of physical therapy and occupational therapy with the wonderful staff he is able to walk with a walker, stand up from sitting and get himself out of bed! The CNA's and nursing staff were awesome. We highly recommend Canyon Vista!!

I am a patient here, who is leaving soon. I wanted to give gratitude and appreciation to all staff members who helped me with my recovery . I especially want to thank Justin the PTA who was really patient with me. He helped me walk again and pushed me. I also want to include Nick the OT for working with me as well to get better. Thank you Luz Castaneda

Well discharge day has come so i wish to remember nurse Aijha and CNA maria are a unbeatable team, caring, attentive, and go the extra mile to take care of you and your needs, true assets to canyon vista 100 wing, 100 wing is were you want to if possible, i would highly recommend it.

The place is severely understaffed. They also have quite a lack of knowledge of people with Parkinson's. But there are some good CNA's and nurses. One in particular is Sharell (not sure on spelling.) She is the best cna i have ever dealt with. It's obvious that she cares about her patients and is not doing this just for a paycheck. If all cna's had her compassion this place would be like a resort rather than a medical facility/. Thank you & Thumbs up to all the staff that helped me during my stay at this facility. Jerick/Ma Rachel, Daniel & Leonila. CNA-Yase & Salem. PT/OT-Patrick, Deyrin, Sasha, Jenny, Nick, Davies & Nina are the ones worth mentioning. All the staff were kind, respectful, and helpful to me and my family's needs. They provide the best care I could have asked for during a terrible event in my life. I thank Canyon Vista for outstanding service for my wife Theresa Belcher. I would like to recognize Justin Soria and Shirley Ng for their great customer service and ability to develop repour with the patients being treated at your facility. Both of these employees have abilities that push patients to go beyond their average ability to improve their condition. Other employees should emulate their approach and procedures. Don Belcher

I've been in canyon vista post acute for almost a month. The nurses and cnas are very nice and helpful. I want to give a shout out to my physical therapy guys Patrick Siazon and David for helping me along with my mobility issues. You are the best!
