Why am I being charged $37.50 from the car rental department? Rental was in the parking lot of my job all day, then I returned it. And my 2023 traverse is still making a wind noise from my driver and passenger side doors, when I go over 60mph.

Horrible! Do NOT do business with them. They are NOT interested in selling you a car at the price listed. Especially if you did it the right way and got pre-approved. They are only interested in making money and not the best interest of the client. We were not willing to pay for the "package" on a preowned car that was already purchased from the previous owner. No we don't need to pay $4000 for you to tint windows that are already tinted or scotch guard the floors or spray a coat of protection on the car to protect the paint... read more

Service appointments that were scheduled in advanced should not have to be waited on for 48hrs before anyone hears anything about. Took my 2018 Chevy for a recall and I just got off the phone with the service department who said they will send a text when they have an answer. What's the point of having an appointment if you are just going to let the customer wait 48hrs to hear something back. Reasons to never buy any American car.

After test driving a vehicle and talking numbers I wasn't happy with what I saw so I said I'm going to go home to think on it. For the next two hours I was pressured into buying this car on the spot by two different salesmen and one of the managers then after a week I got a text from the original salesmen saying the car I wanted is still Available for the same price and he can give me the payment I wanted then as I showed up he tired to pressure me Into buying another car.

Got sold a lemon, parts started falling out, brakes not working properly, sensors messing up and constant alarms going off due to sensors being messed up. They completely take advantage of people in rough situations. They act like they have your best interest at heart when in reality they put you in a rougher spot than you were originally in. Thanks capital for being the most shady people I've ever bought a car from. BUYER BEWARE!

John S, I wish I had checked Yelp reviews before buying my Suburban from Capitol Chevy it seems your rating is really low and after reading other reviews I see that your responses are canned. My main complaint is that for over a year of trying to get ANY manager to connect with leaving message after message, voice mail after voice mail and so many emails I was ghosted you have the audacity to tell me to contact a manager that specializes in customer complaints. Just wanted to write this review on how I was called on Monday, April 8 to take my vehicle for a car wash and a free gas tank By service advisor, Giovanni Aguilar I spoke to him that I was available Saturday April 13. He was so insistent that me and my partner both go I arrived Saturday around 2:30 unfortunately he wasn't even there to provide those services as promised I was very upset. Tried to sell my 2023 car with 1,200 miles here and Jessie Folk at the dealership pulled a bait and switch. I emailed him the price I was willing to sell at and he said the price was fair but had to inspect the vehicle. I sent him all info on the car and the VIN number and then followed up to say I will only come in to the dealership if he would buy the car at the price I told him beforehand. I just learned that when I bought my car from here that the agent went into the settings on the MyChevrolet App and opted in to share my driving history with 3rd party agencies. I've seen my premiums increase +30% with renewal and didn't know what changed...
