I went looking at cars today, and THIS is the addon for the car: Chevy Trax RS. 13% extra for mandatory addons.
It is difficult to even make an appointment for service. First, a girl asks a bunch of questions and then transfers me to a service technician. The technician is not available so the call goes to voicemail. I left a message, but did not get a callback. This is not the first time I have had problems with Capitol Chevrolet service, but it will be the last.
I scheduled the 15000 miles check/maintainance and a second already recall work for my Trax 2024: possibly malfunctioned engine control module at Chevrolet Capitol in Austin. The total quote for this service was given upon the delivery of the car at 7 am by service advisor Leana Rodriguez. The amount due for this service was supposed to be $ 414.80 + tax, which I agreed to pay. GMC/Chevrolet was once known and respected for being the working man's most reliable truck. But everything about this dealership/ service center is the farthest thing from that. Just look at these reviews. I brought my 2020 GMC Duramax 3.0 in to replace a glow plug. After two weeks of being told it would be ready the next day, I received the truck only for the service light to come back on within days. Terrible place to try and buy a vehicle from. Found a Truck with a red tag sale line and they wouldn't honor the price. Added $3500 more and would not take it off for some ceramic coating and other options that wasn't listed. Then when it came down to financing. Wanted to charge me 8% instead of the GM Financing at 1.9% that I'm eligible for. Would NOT RECOMEND EVER for a new vehicle EVER!! Go to another Chevy dealer and ovoid this one!
Took my car to capital cheveolet to get my oil change poor customer service and they didn't even put air my tires again this the second time here. I will not be coming back. I guess the services advisor got mad because I didn't buy one of their services plan. Which cost to much i can't afford it right now. Thank you for the fake customer service email and for wasting my time trying to send a email.
Service was awful. The service staff would not honor the labor rate shown in the app. In addition, I waited for my truck for over 4 hours. When I noticed that the truck was finally finished, the service person could pull herself away from the lunch she was having to let me know. Finally, Capitol Chevrolet has a 3% surcharge on all credit cards....ridiculous!!
Bought $50,000 truck from Capitol. Buying experience was not good. Salesman would not call me back. Salesman lost my second key, and I had to go to the dealership 2 different times to get it from them, and only got it then after escalating to a manager. Salesman claims he was calling me at a phone number that I don't recognize and did not give to him. 2,000 miles on truck, radio won't turn off, battery draining due to faulty over the air update module.
