Trash trash trash. take your business elsewhere. bought my truck brand new in June 2021. At 7,000 miles the lifters on the right side went out. At 14,000 miles the lifters on the left side went out. Vehicle has 49,000 and the Engine light has been coming on and off for months. They told me they would not look at it unless the light was on. Called them at least 6x and always got the same answer. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS LOCATION! I wish I had looked at the reviews prior to purchasing from this dealership but BUYER BEWARE. Our experience purchasing & turning in our vehicle and then purchasing another was a nightmare. 1) We were talked/pushed into a warranty that for our vehicle type was not eligible. Been in and out of there, they hold your car forever. Last time I they were recommending to replace my WHOLE ENGINE which could cost around 5k. Funny how it was actually just a throttle issue that I replaced myself for under $120. Though they held my vehicle multiple times for several weeks. I don't know maybe they are terrible at trouble shooting and their technicians may just need better training. But I would never accuse them of lying or anything like that. I called on a vehicle advertised on the Internet for $76,300. Ernesto told me it was spoken for already. He later texted and stated it was available. I replied that I wanted the vehicle and then was immediately called by Isaak , the manager. He immediately went into a pressure sales routine reminiscent of 90's care sales. He confirmed that I wanted the vehicle and stated he would call me back in 10 minutes with the numbers. Very poor experience with the used car department. We purchased a used 2019 Volkswagen Atlas from this dealership. From the beginning, this was an extremely frustrating process. My pregnant wife and 2 year old were with me and we had the goal of quickly learning about the particular vehicle we were interested in, so that we could make a purchasing decision. I am now just processing the whole experience and no one ever mentioned or disclosed anything about recalls and I'm researching and there were recalls on the 2019 Honda Passport. So I have no idea if they have been delt with. The lobby had two differnet speakers blasting different music making it impossible to hear anybody, very unprofessional. when I got my car back after 13 days, later in the day I came to a stop and my car revved up to 3rpm. I had my foot on the brake and it was like I was fighting the car with my foot on the brake. I am guessing u went to GM asking for a new transmission and GM turned u down because nothing happened because nothing happened when u went for a drive. next time it happens I will video it and send your way. Very disappointed at this dealership! I Just bought a $70,000 dollar car from them and the clutch went out half way home! I had to call a tow Truck to get the car home. I'm gonna have to miss work tomorrow so I can get the car towed to the dealership and have it looked at! I do not recommend this place to any one!
