One of your finance team ran my credit without my approval or filling out application. They went in your computer to access my private unsecured info without any consent. This info should not be accessible to employees. This is fraud and should not be acceptable by your business. I have left messages with finance, sales rep and a manager. so let me start by saying i had an excellent experience purchasing my vehicle but that's where the good stops, A couple days after i by the buy the vehicle while I'm driving it loses power and refuses to speed up. So I called my sales associate and tell them what happened. He tells me have it towed to the dealership and they will take care of it. Start by not keeping people's vehicle for 3 weeks and then you could move to answering a phone. Once it's bought you are in n your own for service. Good luck.

I lost my purse and needed a new key fob. I called and made an appointment. I arrived, and an employee explained that I needed several documents to prove my identify that would not normally be on my person or in my glovebox. The person on the phone when I made the appointment failed to explain any of this to me. Unfortunately, I had only out-of-date documents, and the employee was unhelpful, refusing to allow me to use his computer to get on the Travis County Registration website. It was not a busy time. Will never spend a penny there again. If you are looking for good sales and service, go to another Chevy dealership. There is a reason they only have 2 to 3 star ratings, with many others beyond myself having experienced horrific customer service. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I had a 9:30 am appointment. I got there before 9:30, told them I needed to wait for it, was promptly told it would be a 3 hour wait. Just over 4 hours later, I finally was able to go home. I was also told I would pay one price after using my credits, which was low I agree but then was blindsided but a different price at check out. This was the worse car service I have ever had. I will not be going here again. wish I could give 0 star.

Stay as far away from this dealership as you can!!!!! I wish I would have read these yelp reviews before deciding to buy our SUV from them. Sales person Alexa's was great but finance department is horrible!!!! They don't know what they are doing, they don't call you back if you have any questions or concerns once you sign paperwork. I finally got a chance to clean off the soap or what ever they used to clean my hood before putting on the hood guard..There scratches all over the hood now..So disgusting and disappointed in the service.

I have made countless attempts to try and reach this company to get the paperwork for a vehicle I bought from them and have gotten nowhere. After many attempts with no success, I tried google reviews, contacting them on Facebook and a BBB complaint and nobody will get back to me. This car was over $200,000 and I can't even drive it because they won't get back to me. This probably won't work either but I thought I'd try.
