If I could post negative stars, I would. I brought my car to have key fobs programmed. I had an appointment and arrived on time. Two hours later, I left without the key fobs being programmed, and was still charged full price, as if they had completed the service. Horrible. I will never go back here again. I feel robbed. And I still need my key fob programmed. They offered for me to bring it back and they would charge me ADDITIONAL fees to order their fob and try to see if it might work. No, thank you. This was the worst experience I have ever had in any service department. I brought my car in on August 3rd - they said it would be diagnosed with in 3-7 business days. But that was not the case. My car was not looked at until around the 16th of August. My service advisor did not even close to promptly answer any of my calls or messages. There was zero transparency nor communication from the service department. The only way I knew what was going on was after I left a message with the service manager. I financed a used vehicle in January, my sales rep was amazing and she was easy and to the point just how I wanted. Kept great contact and took care of me. I got the gold package with my car when I purchased the vehicle Now it's 7 months later I can't get an appointment to schedule the car for an oil change, I need my transmission oil changed and I have window washer fluid leaking from my ceiling and I can't find a single person to help me get an appointment much less just take me seriously on the phone. I had a horrible experience with this store if I'm being 100% honest. From lying about the prices to not telling me the truth just to get me to drive back to the store. I tried to express my concern with starting school and having my old car break down but they kept pushing the things I didn't want and need like a brand new car for a college student living on my own. Absolute worse experience of my life. Brought my truck into their service dept, 6 days go by with no progress, out of frustration I go to pick my truck up and it was broken into on their lot / ~$300 worth of stolen items. It's been months since with no resolution and out of 20+ times contacting them, only two responses. I would never buy a car from them, I would never work with their services department, highly highly recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs.

Alberto who helped me was great. The Capital Chevy dealership is horrible, bought a new Chevy Silverado, less than 24,000 miles on the truck and I have babied that thing, never letting it get over 4500 miles without getting the oil changed, rotating the tires everytime. Then the check engine light comes on, WTF, this is a brand new truck. They tried to explain that these trucks now are all computers and some stuff could come up, not on a truck with less than 25k miles on it. It is 2023 and this dealership is still doing "bait and switch" on the price.. Saw a very nice price car. When siting down to buy it the car, and here comes and the old "bait and switch". Now they say real price is $2500 more for dealer add-ons that I did not even want, WTF I was not even going to haggle the price advertised price. I just bought a car back in March I was sold a warranty that I did not want for car when I found out how expensive it was I came back to the dealer few days later and told them I did not want that insurance so the finance person had me signed a paper and told me that he would send it over and that in two months it will come off and that my loan will be refunded witch would been around 5k that's a lot of money. We drove an hour and a half to this dealership because the salesman told my husband on the phone that they would honor his GM discount. We then got there and they lowballed us on the offer for our trade in, and then proceeded to tell us that they couldn't honor his GM discount.
