I just learned that when I bought my car from here that the agent went into the settings on the MyChevrolet App and opted in to share my driving history with 3rd party agencies. I've seen my premiums increase +30% with renewal and didn't know what changed... I don't think they really want to sell cars. Communication with them was horrible. I do not recommend dealing with this dealer. After reading the reviews on them I should've known better. I was dealing with Christine Canjay and Stephen Pratt, which neither of them seemed to be very competent. I don't know how they can get confused on what car I was trying to purchase. I have had a MISERABLE (although hopefully anecdotal) experience with Capital Chevrolet. I went in 8 months ago for a part that I found out was on backorder. I had to leave my car there while they worked on it but luckily they provide an uber within a certain range. Well they cancelled my uber mid-ride and I was dropped on the side of the street a couple miles from my home. This place sold me a new car that does not work. The battery has issues and they do not know when a new one will be in. I do not have the car yet I am making car payments!!!! This place is a joke. So much for trying to buy an American made car. Trust me go else where. Who wants to buy a new car and not have it and with no estimation of when it will be ready. Where should I start if I could give zero stars.Please stay away from this dealership I had a lot of run around to begin with my salesman was David he's very nice however the lack of communication is horrible I picked up and signed the paperwork for my car but was told it was not ready it had no inspection and they were not able to have it ready that same day. I needed a tire rotation, balance, and alignment on my new vehicle with only 7,400 miles. When I came in, they said it is not covered under the new car warranty even after I pointed it out in the owners manual. I left and went to Henna Chevrolet who covered all these items without any cost. Now I know where to go for service.
When buying a vehicle, most of the time you do research and weigh out your options... I didn't do my research because I was in need of a vehicle asap... I went to many Chevy dealerships, and everywhere I went they were asking for an arm and a leg, I suppose because I already had another bank financing my husbands truck... I bought a car back May found out that my horn wasn't working Corey the sale man told me they do a top of the line check up on the car they didn't want to service it took it somewhere else to get it service found out that the horn wasn't connected so I went back to the dealership told them it was a human error on their part wanted to get reimbursed. Truly the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with. Marty was the sales rep dealt with. He test drove a Bolt EV last week, sticker price 26,500. I spoke with Marty several times over the phone asking when we came in today, I wanted the best deal he could offer me. My son's dad and brother went in today to attempt to buy the car.
