When I dropped off my car, I was told 3-5 days for a diagnostic. 4 days later, I'm told 5-7 days. I'm on day 6 and checked my Onstar, and the car has not been moved since day 1. My service advisor, Daniel, won't answer or return my calls. All you get is the runaround. They don't offer loaner cars, and I can't even get one with my insurance until a diagnostic is done. Ridiculous! Too bad that I have to leave a star....there's a photo of what they deserve
Worst Chevy dealership in Texas. Was told it would take 2 days for a diagnosis it's about to be 2 weeks, calls have been ignored and been giving the run around. Save your time and money go someone where else.
A detail here, I always believed that judging by one's own experience would be a determining factor and not by the opinions of others. Unfortunately it has not been the exception in this dealership... it does not at all discredit those previously reflected by other clients. If I could give negative stars I would.. this location lies about price and takes advantage of Spanish speakers.. a family member purchased a car from this location on 2 separate papers have different price tag and a crazy length of the loan... tried calling this location and they said to pay it for 3 months then can trade in for another vehicle. Avoid this car dealership and save your self the hassle.
I have been going to this dealer for many years. I consider myself a very loyal customer but after my last purchase, I am completely disappointed. My vehicle started malfunctioning a month after I purchased it. The first time I was driving and the speed dropped from 50 to 30 and would not go any further. had an appointment to take our vehicle in 2021 Silverado Texas edition it was making a weird noise and they said that to take it in so they can have it diagnosed well here it is almost Friday and nothing has been done to our vehicle. they told me that it would take three the most was four days to have a diagnosed. I want it to be clear as it Josh has written as though they have "made this right." They haven't. I'm driving 3 hours round trip to a dealership to have the truck repaired as GM customer service found a dealership to service the truck. I would read all of the reviews and understand the customer service stops once the check clears the bank.
If I could give a negative 5 I would. Went in ready to buy a truck. All the trucks we were interested in were the wrong price online. $20,000 more once you head in. It happened to us with 3 different trucks. Finally we left. Will never buy a car/truck here. And will tell everyone I know that they are liars. You can't believe the website or the sticker price on the window.
We purchased a car for my 16 year old daughter's birthday. It sat for a month and a half until her birthday arrived. It got driven here and there in the meantime though. 2 days before her birthday is when the "fun" began. Car wouldn't start. Just about every light on the dash was on.
