Their referral program is the worst .. I referred someone on the 24th of September who did purchase a vehicle.. since I referred them I was told that I would get the referral fee.. now it's November and I still have not heard a thing .. if they offer a program they should honor it.. I did email the name in the responses but never got a response..

I wished I had listened to the Yelp reviews, this was the worst car experience ever. I was sold a Lemon and they have made it my fault do not ever buy a car from this place with a Lot FULL of Lemons....the finance department is the worst wonder why when u go back the sales person no longer works there 2 cars in 12 months now it's my fault the car doesn't work and needs repair 2021 vehicles with check engine issues and I think they are turning the lights off without repair. Horrible Place

The only reason I gave them a 1 star is because I had to to write this review! I am handicapped and try to do as much over the phone as possible and told Tesha this upfront. First deceitful thing they do is not advertise that they add an over inflated protection package that is non-negotiable and do not tell you until you are excited and ready to purchase!! Total shitshow! Go somewhere else! They refuse to sell you a car for the advertised price and then try to tell you the addons you must pay for are required...the Internet dude Stephen Pratt is about the worst liar I've ever met and they treat you with total disrespect. Stay away....clown show.

I had a repair to replace my EGR valve with Capitol Chevy Service Center last year. My advisor Ivon applied the bumper to bumper warranty code to the repair which came out at $1,456.26 out of pocket. 14 months later, we had the same issue and same error message. This time we brought it to Henna Chevy Service Center. They replaced another part under the GM emission warranty for the Volt - completely free. I took my SUV to have parking sensors fixesd. I purchases all new sensors costing me $1800 The next day they still not working like they should. They told me it was all working when I picked up car but they weren't. I payed capitol Chevrolet $1800, at the least they can do is get them to work properly. My service light comes on everytime I turn on the car. This was a waist of hard earned money. They gave me a car back, charged me as if they fixed it and they still not working.

Good new truck prices - if you don't mind buying a lemon. Brand new duramax. 20k miles. 1.5 years old. Leaking oil from the main seal. And all over my driveway. Off the road. No loaner. Leaking oil again. No one will get back to me. Had to go direct to GM. Service manager won't return calls. Truck has to be off the road for another 10 days.
