Made contact with Stephen Pratt (Internet manager) regarding a vehicle they had listed on the Internet. Made arrangements with him to come in and take a test drive. I set a specific time and date and when I showed up I was shuffled off to a floor salesman who spent an hour with me trying to find the vehicle. He never did find the vehicle and I ended up leaving. Absolutely the worst service in the world!!!!! DO NOT do business with them!! I have a brand new truck from them that I bought a year ago still under warranty. Every time I bring it in there they reset the code and send me on my way only minutes later check engine light comes back on. for them to fix it they want you to leave your truck there in line to wait for a rental! Update: 8/19/24 This place still is in disarray, I have a dealer only fix and cannot get a hold of the service advisor or the service manager. What a waste of my time. When I was able to get a hold of James Allen he proceeded to yell at me and tell me things that were false. Clearly he was having a bad day but I was just making some simple asks. I brought a 2018 buick encore from here never buy a car from here they will get down on you and make sure they pull every penny out of you without even giving you what you pay for please do not choose this dealership 1/10 .
My wife and I went there in April , they pulled our credit , tried to pull off some shady financial scheme to get us in to a car that we did not want and till this day are still running my wife's credit report for what ever reason is unknown but have reported it to the BBB. Finance office will not respond. Its a shame of how this place does shady deals. Never going back there to purchase anything from them not even a coke from the machine cause they might have rigged it too..
Don't waste your time. You tell them what your looking for and they try to say they don't have it and want you to buy a new vehicle. If you buy a used vehicle, they pressure you to buy their warranty.
i live 200 miles away so I can't run down to the dealership every time I have a question. I call and get shuffled from person to person. The only people that have tried to help me are in Service. I will say if this was the only dealership left in the world I would drive a horse and buggy. Their new sales department is horrible. Don't buy from them.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Capitol Chevrolet sold me a 2020 Colorado with rust issues (see pic) that they missed during their Certified Pre Owned(CPO) inspection. To make matters worse, they refused to make it right. In addition, when I went to get my free oil change at another GM dealer, they had no record of my Colorado being a CPO, so I had to pay for it. Don't make the same mistake I made. They talk a good game at Capitol, but they are just in it for the sale.
Terrible service department! They stripped my drain bolt using an impact during an oil change, but wanted me to pay ridiculous price for a replacement rather than comping what they destroyed. I ended up purchasing one from an auto parts store for 10% of what the dealership wanted to charge. Also, their online scheduling is always broken, I had to make an appt via phone, though I don't know why since I had to wait over 2.5 hours for a simple oil change.
