I purchased a 2019 Audi A6 Prestige. Ivan and Jesse were fantastic. I was looking for a MB E350, but it didn't have ventilated seats. You cannot live in central Texas without ventilated seats. Jesse recommended the Audi. I hadn't considered an Audi before. I'm happy he did. What a fantastic car. Thanks again for going above and beyond what I expected.
I purchased my Silverado from here yesterday and had a great experience. I worked with Alfredo, he was my salesman. Awesome guy, very personable. He never made me feel pressured, he made great conversation, we laughed as much as we did business. Highly recommend Alfredo! Unless you just like haggling, buying a new vehicle is stressful. recently purchased my new vehicle from this establishment (Thanks to sales rep Juan Martinez) & the process was all under 3 hours! Walked in unsure, walked out with my dream Cadillac! With that being said my vehicle did start to have issues with the sunroof (of course since it's pre-owned) so I brought it in & was greeted by (Lafayette) which was very vigilant and straight forward with keeping me updated/explaining what was getting done to my car. Arturo and Juan were very helpful I was there to just look and I spotted a vehicle that had just been traded we asked about it they said that they can get it checked out and cleaned up for us and they did, had a ding but that was taken care and it looked brand new. Their knowledge of the ins and outs helped us through the process. Will be returning for a second car very soon and they are the only ones I want to deal with.
