I would never recommend Capital Chevrolet to my family, friends or anyone else that I talk to. They have twisted and pretty much lied about the extended warranties and about parts that they were willing to give us as part of our deal. As I was finishing up my paperwork, I ask the finance person Chris why the electrical portion was not on the paperwork and he said it would be in the system. Contacted this dealer regarding purchasing a new vehicle as I have purchased many vehicles for my business over the years. Received a signed quote from Ray, a salesperson with an out the door price including tax and license on the vehicle we were interested in. The next day, less than 24 hours later, I again attempted to contact Ray to get the exact same vehicle with the same MRSP and incentives in a different color. this dealership contacted me over a year ago wanting me to come look at a truck. I told them they had the wrong person and they continued contacting me for weeks. yesterday I as surprised to receive several text messages and text from them asking me once again to come look at a truck. i once again asked them to stop and got several more text. This dealership is anxious to sell you a car but if you have a question, they will not let your car go through to any employee there other than the receptionist. Once you call, they put you on a whole cycle until the phone hangs up. Don't buy any auto there if you need help afterwards

44 malibu's not one at the advertised price. $3000.00 over price. for wheel locks,tint,inside/outside protection. they said all cars go to 3rd party before the dealer........you decide..........NO THANK YOU....

Capitol Chevrolet advertised a vehicle at a discounted price online with only tax, title, and a $225 doc fee disclosed. But when I requested a buyer's order, they added over $3,100 in non-optional dealer-installed accessories that were never disclosed in the ad -- including $899 paint protection, $299 wheel locks, and other inflated charges. I called about a used vehicle,worked a deal on it over the phone because I live 2 and a half hours away and confrim it with the salesman they run my credit and it was approved so the salesman send me a text confirming the time to meet for the next morning at 9:30 I left my house at 6:30 in the morning once I arrived they told me the vehicle had been sold , didn't get one phone call text or anything of that sort I would advise you never ever do business with this dealership

I was asked to give a review on their work that was NOT completed they sold me a damaged car and lied and said it would be fixed. Then they asked me to write a review and lie that I received great service. Be careful dealing with capitol Chevrolet.
