Drove an hour for an appointment to see a car they sold several days ago. Don't shop at this Chevrolet dealer!!!!!!!!!!
Lie after lie. I went into pick up my registration and plates. At the time of purchase, I had disabled veteran plates on my trade in. I asked the finance guy repeatedly if he was going to switch the plates to the new vehicle. He repeatedly assured me yes he would. He got me a screwdriver to remove my plates. The next day he reached out and asked us to re sign some paperwork he messed up. Bought a 2025 Chevy Traverse and loved it. Until the sun roof leaked on my first car wash, 2 days later. Took it back and was told they can't do anything and that sometimes it just happens. "Be careful which care wash you pick, some are more powerful than others." Ok, strike one. Decided to move on, because obviously nothing is going to be done. This is the WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!! I'm about to sign for a 2025 Silverado turbomax with another dealership and then ding ding I get multiple text from Capitol Chevrolet Salesman ROY! I have the text to Prove it this man gives me an offer saying "we can do the truck for $36k!" I told him while I was at the other dealership that I have to roll over $14k in negative equity! I give this place one star for customer service. My air conditioner just stopped working and I later found out I had to use extended warranty and had to use this service center. I had negative experience at this service center in the past and stopped going but I had to use this place. I tried to call the service center and got transferred to an answering machine more than once (strike one). I left a few messages and no one called me back as of today. Crazy how you all want to low ball a person's CarMax offer by $7K. Your guys sit in a room haggling over it for long periods of time while a customer waits endlessly. Then the truck pictured on web is not the same truck you're selling. Your dealership is shady as hell. Not good customer service either. I won't be back and do not recommend this dealership to buy a vehicle from. Waste of time with these clowns.

Writing this review after calling the service department for more than an hour and not being able to get a single person to answer the phone, even after calling more than a dozen times. It's now at the point where I am trying to reach the sales or parts department, and no one is willing to step up and help. I'm being hung up on, sent to voicemail, and left on ring over and over again. This is unbelievable when they have my only car held hostage, and I can't get a status update on it.
