Mercedes S. in Service REALLY SAVED MY SPIRITS and my day Long story short, I couldn't unlock my passenger seatbelt and I had no slack to release the tension; I make my way to service in a panic and hope it won't be a drawn out issue, (2-3 business days ) Mercedes heard me out completely, let me get the words off my chest, and reassured me she'd work hard to get me taken care of -- AND SHE DID!! I went in to get an oil change and sometimes you think dang this is gonna take long. Sean, at the service center had me in and out less then an hour. He was very kind and fast in getting my vehicle back to me when it was done. Great job, it shows you truly care about your customers. Way to go ABOVE AND BEYOND! Capitol Chevrolet

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Ernesto and the rest of the crew at Capital have been amazing. I ordered a new car and Ernesto was on top of things during the entire process. Everything was so smooth, no pressure, and a friendly attitude from everyone.

I bought my car at Capitol Chevy in 2016, and I have ONLY taken my car to service at Capitol Chevy. All service including oil changes and preventative maintenance. They have been great. Great service. I really appreciate Capitol Chevy and recommend them.

I bought a new c8 Corvette out of state, and had transmission issues. This is my home dealer and so I brought it there to be fixed. The dealer continually change deadlines on the repair date. A week later It appeared as if someone ate in the car,and punched two holes in the floor Matt. The very next day the car breaks. As I write this the car has now been at the dealership for almost three weeks. The mechanic took a whole week to even look at the car. I would avoid this place like the plague. Purchased vehicle from them a month ago. Tried calling them for license plates and service. No one answers the phone and parts dept is impossible to get hold of. Worst mismanaged company I've ever dealt with. I will probably NOT be going back for service after picking up plates.
