Omg, this was one of the best customer service conversations I've ever had!! She was easy to talk to and explained everything to me so clearly and even gave me a discounted price. It was like I was was speaking to an old friend or family member because of her tone and misdemeanor. She could see I really needed the services but also needed something to fit my budget. Great warranty!! I researched which warranty would best suit my needs, and is accepted by the mercedes dealership for my GLE 350 mercedes. This warranty has already saved me $1600 and is well worth it. I just purchased the same warranty for my wifes BMX X5, which the BMW dealership accepts. I hope that I do not need to used it, but it is a great piece of mind knowing if I do need it she is covered.
