I held off on writing this review until I had my first claim experience. I was nervous because I had bad experiences with other warranties in the past, and have had to come out of pocket. Carchex went above and beyond to get my vehicle fixed quickly and easily, it was nothing like the other warranty I had. They approved repairs right away and had me back on the road. If i could go back in time I would of used Carchex from the beginning and saved my self a lot of money.

I was very pleased with the representative that assisted me with the purchase of an extended warranty for my automobile. He was very informative and able to answer my questions. He also took it upon himself to inquire if/about other questions i had. Extremely responsible agent and the reviews on this establishment speak for themselves.
I started my account with CARCHEX after a dismal experience with ****************************, who charge almost twice as much for the same coverage. The difference is after I received my card and papers, I was never able to get in touch with anyone via their website or email. I sent a few emails and never received a reply.
