Customer service department and sales were fabulous we first spoke to Mike who took care of all the details next day we called back and we had Benjamin who is absolutely wonderful I can't tell you how easy this was
Most of the negative reviews are because people don't READ THE CONTRACT. This isn't bumper to bumper warranty and if you want your engine to last and be covered... Have it cleaned of carbon. No coverage will cover damage from carbon. People who take care of their cars don't seem to have issues, but the ones who complain, haven't read what is covered and why. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They were not pushy and help all they could to get me the coverage I was qualified for.
So far very happy with the purchase. If I have to use it I hope they stand behind what I paid for. It's very good coverage for the cost. Patrick was amazing as he is listed in other reviews I see. Thank you again for the great service and process so far!!
I was very happy when they adjusted my rate without changing my coverage.
Agent was very helpful answering questions and elaborating on services. Other vendors were pushy, constantly asked for credit card. This agent was happy to let me think it over and compare.
