Had used Carchex in the past and was very satisfied, now using them again. Did my research, and they are still the best for price and terms of contract. There is one regulation that I did not agree with, that's the 1,000-mile waiting period. There should be an individual sliding scale on the mileage requirement. I've had my car for 34 months and put 15,591 miles on it, my driving habits should qualify me for a 500-mile waiting period. I hesitated on purchasing the contract because of the mileage requirement.
Compared Carchex policy with a competitor and got more coverage for a longer period of time at substantially less cost.
Agent was very helpful and patient. Answered all of my questions and walked me through my coverage. Was very pleased with the customer service!
